About HOUSTAT?

※ Housing Finance Statistics (HOUSTAT) is a one-stop statistics information system regarding housing finance offered by Korea Housing-Finance Corporation. It provides statistics regarding housing finance and mortgage-backed securities (MBS) to enhance the public knowledge about the housing finance market and contribute to the establishment of government housing finance policies.

The system contains various statistical information including data compiled independently by the corporation, in addition to Bogeumjari (mortgage) loan demand survey data, as well as numbers from other institutions such as the Bank of Korea, allowing the users to conveniently look up various information.

HOUSTAT also offers a statistical search function (change rate calculation, pivot, chart lookup), in addition to a variety of thematic statistics service.

Multiple statistical services that enables cross-reference of various charts and items are also provided through the system. The corporation also operates key statistical services providing quick and easy access to statistical indices regarding housing finance.
